Call capital one to inquire regarding the credit cards I also told the agent that I will call back at a later date once Ive made a decision on whether or not I was going to apply for the credit cards five minutes after I hung up the phone I got a notification saying that capital one had made an inquiry regarding my credit which I did not give them permission to do I immediately called them back and told them of the issue they had me to send him a letter with my information and information for my credit report and that was in XXXX on the first XXXX as of today XX/XX/2022 I have still not gotten anything done I am continuously calling them as well as the credit bureaus and has still not been removed from my credit report Im basically getting the runaround from capital one and they are very unprofessional So I was told by the creditors to file a complaint with them because they are not willing to help with this situation even though I immediately informed them of what was going on and I have taken all the steps that theyve asked me to do
