On XX/XX/XXXX, I signed an FHA COVID-19 Modification for pandemic relief, that included attorney fees {$47000.00}, On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, cease sending me monthly statement to accurately reflect current balance, or payment history. On XX/XX/XXXX, I begin to receive a monthly, statement from Lakeview who is also a servicer of the loan for an amount of {$13000.00} indicating mortgage payment indicating that in the Delinquency Notice section that " you are late on your mortgage payments '' failure to bring the loan current may result in fees and foreclosure, with the possibility of losing your as of XX/XX/XXXX, you are 45 days delinquent on you mortgage loan. When I called on XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX agent # XXXX and ask why they are sending me late notice when my account is current with XXXX I was told lakeview is collecting attorney fees and corporate fees and attempting to foreclosure on my home if I do not request another covid-modification. In addition, to filing this complaint XXXX, indicated on XX/XX/XXXX, in complaint XXXX to the CFPB the total amount to be paid included fees and charges to the CFBP but is unwilling to make the FHA Covid-19 Correction as stated in their XX/XX/XXXX, letter of response causing CFPB to close the account.
