XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TN XXXX Dear CFPB, Thank you so very much for taking my complaint, I am truly grateful. I have attempted in every way possible to dispute Late payment errors that never occurred with My XXXX Loans which has been in deferment/income-based repayment since I XXXX in XXXX, I was never ever late because no payment was ever due. All 3 credit Bureaus refuse to correctly investigate and remove these late payments, they are reporting them incorrectly and the lates doesn't make any sense as to how they are reporting them, starting off with late 120 days, then okay, then another 120 days, then okay, late 180 days, etc. recordings that's totally unheard of and totally impossible, this is not possible for a payment was never due, they have the same account listed over 15 times on my report with the same number but with different amounts. I have asked to remove all the closed XXXX loans accounts, they are incorrect and they have refused to do so per my request per certified return receipt requests, I request this 60 days so far, every 30 days and still nothing. They take away XXXX points for 1 inquiry and never restores those points within 90 days as promised. I asked for the contact information to whom they spoke with, nothing. I have sent in proof of My HIPPA violation by XXXX XXXX of my Medical Debt information, per what they supplied to me that they ( XXXX XXXX- they could not provide me a Debt Validation, they sent medical information without a HIPPA relation ) were sent from the client, they refuse to remove. I have requested all old addresses and old phone numbers to be removed, I have been at my present address for over 9 years and I have had my current phone number for over 10 years. They insist on not removing Alias of my name, I have never ever went by any other name then XXXX XXXX XXXX, never, and I have explained and explained and the Bureaus refuses to remove this incorrect reporting data. At this point, In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX has violated my rights as listed below : 15 USC 1681 Section 602-States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2-It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions I am sure they are violating many more of my rights, these are just the ones I have found so far, the Credit Bureaus ( all 3 ) are targeting me just to keep my scores low and this is the behavior that is not acceptable. Resolution, all the late payments on my XXXX Loans be removed Resolution, XXXX XXXX be totally Deleted off my account Remove all old addresses and name alias Thank you so very much, for your assistance is greatly appreciated.
