XXXX XXXX last 4 ss XXXX XXXX, Transunion, XXXX Are reporting inaccurate Fraudulent accounts on my Credit. I have filed multiple disputes regarding these accounts and they refuse to remove and provide me with how they obtain the information and what information the obtained to show that I'm the one responsible for the debt. They even have several inquiries on credit report that don't belongs to me either. According to FCRA Rules and procedures and I quotes If any credit Breau fail to remove Fraudulent or inaccurate accounts that's being reported on credit report I have the right to sue them in Federal Court. Therefore I'm once Again requesting that the following items be removed from my credit report immediately. 1.
