Consumer Narrative

the debt they are trying to collect is inacccurate. I believe I do not owe at all and was told my representatives of the company they are trying to collect for that I had closed out my account years ago and it was paid up to date. I have told them this and provided proof and also requested they prove my debt. All they sent me was a single page paper saying I am overdue. They will not explain what my charges are for or anything and said they were reporting to a credit agency
