Recently I saw a negative affect on my credit report from PROFESSIONAL DEBT MEDIAT in the amount of {$4300.00} for XXXX XXXX as a bad debt collection account. I used to reside in XXXX XXXX through the end of 2018. When I moved out, my last month 's payment and security deposit covered the funds owed XXXX XXXX. Until this day, I have not heard or seen any correspondence regarding this debt until it showed up on my credit report and negatively impacted me. I do not owe any more funds to XXXX XXXX and any claims from PROFESSIONAL DEBT MEDIAT are invalid and were not properly provided to me PRIOR to being placed in collections!! I do not know what this could possibly be for and I was not given a proper notice or chance in order to dispute this or properly handle it. Instead it went straight to my credit report and is negatively affecting me especially during the pandemic.
