XXXX offers its customers to change the Credit Card design to a design of their choice. Since XX/XX/2022 I have submitted at least five designs based on my XXXX or XXXX XXXX to my XXXX account. All designs have been rejected. When I call, I am told that my design was " Abandonded '' and to choose another design. Today XX/XX/2022 I tried to input a new design and the Website said I was no longer eligible to change the design of my Card. I would like equal Freedom of Expression in my Card Choice design the same as any other customer.
