LNLV funding is fraudulently representing themselves to credit reporting companies as still having the legal right to pursue and report on a debt they already sold. The oringinal lender of the account is XXXX XXXX XXXX, LNLV funding bought the account on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX in regard to the same debt that was previously owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they bought the account. Only one debt collector may have the right to report and pursue collection of the same debt per the fair debt collection act. If LNLV funding has indeed sold the debt they also sell the right to pursue collection of that debt and therefore should not be reporting ANY owed amount to any credit reporting company as they no longer have the right to pursue collection. They are still reporting to XXXX that they own the debt and have the right to pursue debt collection.
