The credit bureaus will not fix the collections account for XXXX XXXX. I have a letter from the company stating it is not a collection and it was paid in full yet it is still a collection on all 3 of credit reports. I have sent several letters to the credit bureaus and yet nothing is ever done or fixed. XXXX XXXX letter clearly states that if the credit bureaus have something else that I need to contact them, well I have and nothing is fixed. This was NEVER a collection account, it was an auto loan. I paid it off in XX/XX/2020.
