I made a payment of {$480.00} to pay off this {$510.00} loan. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX. Total {$600.00}... The {$480.00}. was balance due. This company never sends emails, mail or phone calls... There call is for you to default. We had 90 no-interest. Not getting information on a due date, I missed the 90 day window. I overpaid with interest XXXX.. then for the next 7 months, I get referred to their collection side. They say now I owe {$45.00}. Again, we never got a phone call, email, text, mail or anything that there was a balance. They say they are FDIC. They are not. They are making money based on customers miss the 90 day window as I did.. I would have never used if I had to {$80.00} in interest. I received a phone call at the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX. From XXXX XXXX. They say they are part of Credova. I didn't know what this was.. After 7 months of no contact.. They say I am to log into their app and make sure I am up to date.. I have never downloaded their app.
