I have a FTC complaint # for this case XXXX and I am reaching out to the CFPB as XXXX and XXXX labs are in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 9 ) articulates that the use or distribution of any written communication which creates a false impressions as to its source, authorization, or approval as you XXXX XXXX is stating that someone other than me a consumer in fact, is the creditor when I am the creditor.
