I contacted this company by mail XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I requested VALIDATION of accounts but I keep having the response verified despite asking for Validation. A collection account with XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, by law I am allowed to see how this is validated. Being that the law states to be on a credit report as a debt the company must have proof of a contract with their letterhead plus my original signature to be valid. So can I ask this way to show me this proof? If not remove as the law states. I asked acceptance now to be fixed being I was never late. All three times the information was changed, which now shows was a insurance claim? I have the merchandise in my living room, paid in full. This was never a claim, never was late and inaccurate in reporting. Please update this as never late and not a claim or remove Immediately. Please validate as I requested prior XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. These two accounts show charge offs but never late? This is inaccurate and I have a right for removal. Please also provide me with information on the bankruptcy also reported being I called the courts to obtain proof to have this removed and was told that they by law can not report this information to credit agencies. So if that is the case, this is against the law being the courts did not report it. I also, which was ignored requested proof of how inquires were made. I called every company and they have no record of me and directed me back to you. I wrote requesting info or be removed to being IGNORED.
