Hi, My name is XXXX XXXX and I submitted a credit dispute with XXXX and after 30 days they have failed to honor my request. Instead XXXX sent me the documentation after 30 days that they believe that this was not me when the dispute came from me with proof of identification documents and failed to open the dispute of items on my credit that are inaccurate and do not belong there. They have violated FCRA laws without processing my dispute and ignored my request with a invalid reason stating that it was not me.
