Procollect INC tried to collect a debt that was not mine. They reported this debt to the credit bureaus knocking my credit down XXXX points. They replied to the last complaint saying that the debt was resolved but didnt report this to the credit bureaus. They lied about resolving this issue. I will be forwarding this complaint and their previous response to my attorney and the Texas Attorney General ( Midterms ) so that they can investigate their fraudulent claims.
