I still have found alot of inaccurate information reporting on my credit file. I need you to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation! How could you have all of this information incorrect? This is a form of defamation/slander. But ill allow another 5 - 30 days per the law to get these iteams removed and do not use your e oscar system ; this is human error! Conduct a reasonable investigation because I am trying to buy a house this is really hurting my score! Mail me an updated report once all inaccurate information has been deleted! Dont forget about 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It says a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Lasty, 15 U.S.C 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. I circled everything inaccurate with red INK!
