As recently as, approximately XX/XX/XXXX, I have disputed a charge card by XXXX Department store. I was never late and paid balance in full a little over {$430.00}, however, my credit report shows paid on time for years, and then a charge off. I never had a balance and even reached out to my banking institution to retrieve debit payment archives, that the bill ( not debt ) was paid in full and in a timely manner, versus what is being reported. My credit report shows false information and a now charge off. I continuously reach out to Experian, in particular to dispute the information, however they recently updated my credit report as a charge off with XXXX that wasnt reported in previous reports. I went inside the XXXX location in XXXX Texas to close the account personally on or about the year XXXX.
