In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Please investigate that every piece of information is correct. If not, please remove it from my credit report. This Information is not mine I have attached my police reports and a letter of closure from one of the consumers. I reported this to them immediately and they closed the account. 15 U.S. Code 1681- Congressional findings and statement of purpose ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy.
