I had submitted complaint about first horizon a few weeks ago ( your complaint ID XXXX ). The letter I received from First Horizon said my payment due was {$170.00}. My complete payment has been sent and received. I called the number on the letter from First Horizon ( XXXX XXXX ) to see if the amount due was fixed two days after I received the letter from First Horizon and recording still said {$350.00} due as a payment this month. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a week & called again today and recording still says {$350.00} I tried calling after work to the number XXXX had given me and spoke to XXXX XXXX. He said he could not or would not help me with this. This look to me like they just said that the problem was fixed to get you and myself off their backs, but it was not fixed and I don't know how else to get this fixed.
