For over 18 months I have been demanding that Equifax validate and correct or permanently delete this account from the consumer profile concerning me because it contains incorrect information. I do not believe that Equifax has actually done an investigation on this account. Information is missing and is clearly incorrect when you look at the information side by side with the way it is reporting at other credit reporting agencies. Equifax can not make a judgment call by themselves that information is verified and validated without speaking with an actual human being at the alleged creditor 's business. I've notified Equifax of the BILLING ERROR for the XXXX XXXX XXXX account appearing in credit reports and the credit profile concerning me. I have never been late as XXXX clearly states " XXXX '' to confirm this in their reporting of the information. See attached.
