On XX/XX/2022 I called into Experian to dispute inaccurate information, remove past addresses, phone numbers, employers, etc. The first representative was incredibly unhelpful and violated second 605 and 609 of the FCRA by refusing to dispute inaccurate information, removing outdated information. The representative outright refused to dispute addresses and names. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she outright refused to transfer me. Eventually I threatened a complaint with the CFPB if she refused to assist with removing the information and disputing inaccurate information and accounts on my credit report. At this time, per the FCRA pending legal action will be taken if this is not resolved. You can reach out to me via email or phone listed in my credit report. This is a direct violation of my consumer rights and the FCRA.
