I have no clue of the date of alleged transaction. I have no clue of the services rendered, because I've never physically been to the alleged establishment, to look over, sign, or agree to any services. I have not gotten documentation, explaining the alleged charges. A red flag, to me, just looking at the amount, which is flat ridiculous. How do expect an individual to pay for something that there are not even aware of. I don't know how, anyone can total up those kind of charges at an XXXX clinic. There is no way, I would agree to any type services like that knowingly. To add insult to injury, I don't get contacted at all, to at least give a FAIR chance to address.
