Consumer Narrative
First National Bank of Omaha Nebraska ( FNBO ) has, finally, advised me in writing that this bank reduced my credit line from {$5000.00} to {$1000.00} after I was in the dark about this action for some time. I only discovered this took place when XXXX, a bank with whom I no longer do business, notified me via email. When I called FNBO, they finally disclosed to me this : They reduced my credit line due to what I was told was a " DEROGATORY PUBLIC FILING/COLLECTION '' provided by XXXX. Shocked, I asked -- during my approximate XXXX hours on the phone with various departments -- what " DEROGATORY PUBLIC FILING/COLLECTION ''? I was told by XXXX XXXX of Credit, after being transferred numerous times, that she didn't know precisely. She stated it would be clearer after I received the letter they sent me which I hadn't received at that time. After quite some time of arguing and negotiation about the unfairness of this due to the fact that I had just re-financed my XXXX percent credit card with them, transferring the balance to VT XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX percent and paid FNBO in full the {$4500.00} balance which -- INCLUDED I AM ESTIMATING BUT NEED TO CONFIRM -- over {$1500.00} in interest. I had refinanced, based on what Vermont XXXX XXXX XXXX 's representative told me a XXXX XXXX credit score. That is an estimate based on my memory since I had not seen this score because I have been unable to procure my reports due to identity theft and the stupid questions they asked me which I could not answer because they didn't synchronize with my personal nor financial life! After much negotiation and references to the giant mail heist on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX in my apartment building resulting in one of my stolen FNBO cards ( and XXXX pages of a confirmed-but-missing set of hospital confidential medical records sent to my locked mailbox ), XXXX XXXX finally agreed to electronically send me my alleged letter advising me of this credit line plunge. I received that via encrypted email. This email contains references which suggest that the information allegedly and reportedly supplied by XXXX are libelous and inaccurate. It took me days to procure my three credit reports because two of the agencies refused to provide my reports because I couldn't answer " properly '' questions about a XXXX I supposedly owned from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a student loan which I do not have. And, since I only own a bicycle gifted to me after my steering broke, there is no way I own a XXXX or any other car, especially a luxurious one. As a tangent, for the moment, someone did call me using a caller ID of " XXXX '' which appeared to be a harassing/possibly scam call. And, I have been intimidated, while cycling, by luxury cars like a new XXXX convertible which abruptly cut me off, entering a multi-million-dollar estate property, announcing he was not going to back up. But, when I passed behind him, he did and nearly hit me before speeding off. And, then, I am cut off abruptly by XXXX, which can not be heard. And, a XXXX : VT XXXX : XXXX XXXX There's a stalking component to all of this. Finally, yesterday I was hacked, which was reported to XXXX, by an impersonator impersonating XXXX. I fell for this and gave them all of my passwords and personal information so they could re-set my password for my XXXX account and monitoring on the dark web, as they called it. Instead of it being XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
