On XX/XX/22 I transferred my entire balance of {$4000.00} from my Truist Checking Account to one of my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking accounts. On XX/XX/22 Truist closed the checking account at my request, and sent me a letter confirming the action. I never received the funds in my XXXX account. On XX/XX/22, I attempted to find out where my money went. Truist Client Center told me that for unknown reasons, XXXX XXXX XXXX rejected the transfer. Since my Truist account was closed, there was no where to put the money. It is important to note that Truist never informed me of this fact, and still has not provided my funds.
