Moneylion was to good to be true and I seen this ad on XXXX advertisement and fell victim to this misleading company and when I signed up and then quickly realized after the fact I didnt want to use this after the fact I read small fine print I tried to cancel this whole pyramid scheme. There are plenty more customers out there that fell victim and customer service is non existent and when you do get ahold of someone they tell you well you signed an agreement. Well its supposed to help your credit but they never lend you any money that you dont pay into it. So I tried. To cancel this companys preying on vulnerability people through Covid times on top of me already had filed bankruptcy and now they say I owe over a XXXX bucks and its now in collections when they never gave me a dollar at all. They just kept my money I paid monthly into this pot and after 12 months I get my own money I paid into every month. But they say since I didnt finish my term of me paying every month into this money pool thAt now I even owe more money. What about the two months I already paid into it for? Do they just keep it and still charge me cause I never finished the term? They never gave me a dime so how could this be a negative account on my credit! Can someone explain how this company operates legally?
