Transunion has lowered my credit score XXXX times in the past twelve months. No reasons why on my part. Last month I was contacted by XXXX XXXX that my cyber account and hundreds of others were hacked or comprised but we were being helped and that was did try to affect but not succeed my email accounts. Also, XXXX and myself had a disagreement about raising my XXXX XXXX in XXXX of this year. However I agreed with them and went on with regular payments. I make my payments and should be upgraded not downloaded!!!!!!!! I have talked to them and every time I do I get down graded.
