I filed my dispute by phone on XX/XX/XXXX and then I received a form from bank that I completed, signed and then faxed back on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called to find out status and if investigation wasnt completed ask why I hadnt received provisional credit as per stated on monthly statement under For question regarding account history, notice of errors, or preauthorized transfers it clearly says We will investigate your complaint and will correct any error promptly. If we take more than 10 business days to do this, we will credit your account for the amount you think is an error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it take us to complete our investigation. Its been >10 business days counting from date I faxed back their form. When I asked customer service rep why I hadnt received provisional credit she said not all account qualify for provisional credit and I stated # XXXX It does not say anywhere on their monthly statement or under their terms and conditions that not all accounts qualify for provisional credit and # XXXX per EFTA federal law under Reg E due to disputing an debit card transaction error I am entitled to provisional credit. But they didnt care.
