In accordance to FCRA converging account XXXX has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 A ; states I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 604 a Section 2 also states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written permission. On XX/XX/2022 the bureau in question stated that the account was updated, however it is not 100 percent accurate as requested. Bureau shows over 43+ late payments without further verification. Also the bureau further contradicts themselves on the consumer report as PAY STATUS is stated by bureau as current ; paid, or paying as agreed, with a payment showing posted as recently as XX/XX/2022. The consumer report is filled with inaccurate and inconsistent information and must be resolved.
