I have tried for approximately 3 years to get information on my credit report fixed regarding my federal student loans payment status. My loans were in XXXX in 2019 with a payment of {$0.00}. I then applied for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and my payments again were set to {$0.00} dollars. Due to my profession I am also in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which allows me to make XXXX payments even if those payments amount to {$0.00} then the loans are fully forgiven. During the time of the transition into the different loan status the loan showed a missed payment on each of the XXXX student loans. I have explained this to XXXX, Transunion and XXXX. I have provided them with letters showing I never missed a payment because none was due. I have requested them to do a full investigation and not just call the XXXX XXXX, which would include documentation. XXXX of this has been done. How can I be 90 days past due when no payment was ever due. Represetatives for XXXX XXXX are often uneducated to what has transpired. This has ruined job opportunities and made it difficult for me in many other aspects.
