The Dept of Education has used illegal/unlawful re-aging tactics, to have closed debts remain on my credit report passed the federally allotted time. The DOFD ( date of first delinquency ) or the date that this account became 30 day late and no other payment was made was six months and 30 days, after recieving my degree, which would make the DOFD of the account XX/XX/XXXX. This means that this account should have been removed XX/XX/XXXX. It has not been removed because the U.S Dept of Education has re-aged the account to reflect a DOFD of XXXX. This is not only agregious but illegal and I want this account removed Immediately.
