Recently as of XX/XX/XXXX Experian started reporting an account that surly was charged off prior to XXXX. However, Experian is reporting the information as only for XXXX which reflects the accounts as new stating that I recently had 2 accounts with late fees. The accounts in question have been charged off prior to XXXX. Also, charged off accounts should not in fact be reporting any late fees or recent late activity, the account has been completely charged off how can it inquire any additional fees. I have disputed both accounts twice and Experian is reporting that the information is accurate without updating with actual information. Based on inaccurate information being reported I am requesting that both accounts are deleted. Below in the attachments you will find the dispute and the information that was only updated. I do not have any recent delinquencies and my account should not be reporting as recent.
