The loan with this company was paid in full in XXXX of XXXX. They have tried multiple times to take payments from my checking account since then. I called them on XX/XX/XXXX to try to resolve the issue. I was told I needed to email proof that the loan was paid in full and that I would receive a response once the email was received. I emailed them immediately after this conversation with the statement showing the loan had been paid in full. I did not receive a response from them, and they tried to pull funds from my account once again on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent them a second email regarding the account already being paid in full and stating that I do not give them authorization to take any payments from my account. I still have not received a response from them.
