I spoke with, Supervisor XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX from XXXX I received an alert on, XX/XX/2022, that XXXX XXXX had pulled my credit without my consent and an order had been placed totaling {$210.00}. I then contacted Equifax and the other credit union disputing the credit pull and I alerted XXXX the same. I informed, XXXX that I never placed an Order # XXXX that was placed on XX/XX/2022, for the XXXX items for {$210.00} and didn't give then permission to pull my credit and reminded them that I have a fraud alert on my credit report, and they were supposed to have called me before placing any orders whatsoever which they didn't follow nor contacted me before pulling my credit report without my permission. I've also faxed # XXXX and XXXX to XXXX as I was asked to by supervisor XXXX my Identity theft letter. They agreed that I should have been contacted before pulling my credit report and that they have recording of me alerting them and that I wasn't contacted but refused to move the inquiry. XXXX tells me to contact Equifax which I've done and Eqifax tells me to contact them. These people are playing with my livelihood and don't care who its hurting. Equifax told me that XXXX XXXX XXXX factual record on my file and XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that wasn't true and no one there ever spoke with anyone from Equifax. attachment is with this complaint from Equifax dispute letter and my Identity theft letter.
