XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX along side XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Transunion and XXXX are all actively reporting incorrect information regarding a balance on an account. The balance is for {$6800.00}. This balance was paid in full, and has been for years. This needs to be removed, immediately, from my credit. This letter also serves as a letter of demand with intent to sue in accordance with the FCRA section 605. The aforementioned agencies will be receiving formal summons to appear in a civil court for violating the FCRA, FDCRA and consumer finance laws in accordance with state and federal guidelines. As such, the State Attorney Generals office and Department of Finance, along side state licensing board will receive complaints of illegal debt collection and reporting. You have untiXXXX XXXX XXXX to comply with this lawful request for deletion of illegal debt reporting, no further communication will be sent, if this is not removed by the aforementioned date this will be seen in court for the before listed companies involved.
