These complaint os for XXXX and Experian who are falsely manipulating my credit scores. as FCRA Requirments on users of consumers reports [ 15 U.S.C. & 1681m ] i have mortgage " PAID AS AGREED '' the account # is on the attached file and I have ZERO to 1 % Utilization, 2 installment account has been paid off and one auto loan account hae been paid off all of them are tagged as status of " CLOSED '' PAID AS AGREED '' both of these credit reporting agency decreased my credit scores without any explanation as to " WHY '' THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE REPORT AND DO NOT CLOSED THIS COMPLAINT. XXXX AND EXPERIAN ARE MALICIOUSLY DECREASES MY CREDIT SCORE. MY QUESTION IS WHY MY POINT HAS BEEN DECREASED WHEN I AM PAID IN FULL ALL THOSE ACCOUNTS MENTIONED ABOVE? IF THIS XXXX COMESBACK ASKING FOR ALL ACCOUNT NUMBER, ALL THE ACCOUNT NUMBERS ARE STATED OR ENCIRCLED IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. THE SAME THING WITH EXPERIAN, EXPLAIN TO ME AS TO WHY IM BEING PENALIZED FOR PAYING ALL MY ACCOUNT IN FULL AND LOWERING MY UTILIZATION? THESE ARE THE FACTORS YOU AS CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY SET ONE THEM IS THE UTILIZATION, PAYMENT HISTORY, AVAILABLE CREDIT, AT LEAST I IMPROVED MY CREDIT ON THOSE FACTORS AND YET YOU DECREASED MY POINTS? DO NOT COMEBACK TO ME TO JUSTIFY THIS FALSELY DECREASING MY CREDIT SCORE. BECAUSE I AM WILL AND DETERMINE TO FILE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU.
