GOODMORNing XXXX, This is new and relevant information I'm disputing. The following accounts US Dept of EdXXXX XXXX and US Dept of EdXXXX XXXX was sent to C as of XX/XX/XXXX. Since then the account has repeatedly been updated as a New Collection every month. This is an update in the payment history which to my understanding Collection accounts should NOT include an active payment history. Need I remind you this also falsely manipulates the statute of limitations. The following months was Marked " C '' every month XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, AND XXXX XXXX. The Payment history is missing the following years of positive payment history affecting my credit rating and drastically harming my credit score. Continues to Report a balance and a past due amount. These accounts have been sold/transferred paid in full in XXXX. The account status should be " Pays as agreed '' and the payment History is incomplete and reporting information Derogatory when it should be in a positive standing. Please remove all Negative remarks in the payment history and then update everything to a positive standing. I would like to excursie my right to " OPT-OUT '' ALL CREDIT REPORTING. By law a person must have written permission from the consumer to furnish private information. Update all accounts or Remove the entire Tradeline.
