Unknown person used my Social Security Number and name to open a credit account with AVANT WEBBANK LLC. using a XXXX address - I have lived in XXXX for 30+ years Avant Webbank LLC refuses to close the account or provide any other ( of my ) personal information that was submitted to them to perpetrate this ID theft. Avant Webbank LLC will not cooperate except to require ME to provide endless forms and submissions- they also waited over 10 weeks to respond at all to numerous calls and emails. I even got help from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - and Avant Webbank LLC refused to work with them as well - they have ignored or delayed any assistance I have provided Avant Webbank LLC my driver 's license ( XXXX ), a utility bill ( XXXX ) and many other documents
