Per the report furnished by XXXX, there are 4 inquiries that are fraudulent and unauthorized ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Discover Financial SerXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). As the original creditor, I am reporting this as fraudulent activity, and identity theft. Per the FCRA section 606 ( d ) ( 4 ) -- A consumer reporting agency shall not prepare of furnish an investigative consumer report on a consumer that contain information that is adverse to the interest of the consumer and that is obtained through a personal interview with a neighbor, friend or associate of the consumer or with another person whom the consumer is acquainted or who has knowledge of such item of information unless -- ( A ) the agency has followed reasonable procedures to obtain confirmation of the information, from an additional source that has independent and direct knowledge of the information ; or ( B ) the person interview is the best possible source of the information. XXXX is believed to be furnishing adverse information, on account that I am filing a complaint that fraudulent inquiries were made. Which further results in adverse action. According to the FCRA section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( A ) -- As the original creditor, the consumer report is only to be furnished to other creditors who I extended credit to. There is no active account held with either of the creditors mentioned above that generated these fraudulent inquiries.
