I reported a credit reporting issue to all 3 credit bureaus regarding XXXX XXXX reporting incorrectly about a debt, as well as not accepting payment in efforts to remove the negative account from my credit report. I have contacted XXXX at least 7 times in the last 10 months ( phone, letter and through credit bureaus ) in efforts to clear a debt that has been reported on my credit report. I do not have the address the company is needing in order to access the account, despite providing all possible addresses I lived at in Arkansas and providing my social security number. The company representatives have refused to transfer me to higher level supervisors in efforts to reach someone who could accept a payment and remove the account from collections. After I reported it to the credit bureaus, I received 2 letters stating I need to contact the business at a non-working number that my credit representative has also reached out to with no success. I have called the correct phone number and tried to use the account number and provided the account number from the letter sent by XXXX and Transunion, and nothing from XXXX. The XXXX representatives I have spoken to claim the account number is incorrect and/or does not exist. My credit restoration representative has also exhausted all contact options to reach out to the company with no success of reaching someone who can help. We have tried paying this debt off to delete from my credit report, but they refuse. This specific credit bureau has not helped in solving the issue by providing incorrect information, and this not completing their research and reporting to my credit reports appropriately. This negative credit needs to be removed immediately if XXXX is unable and unwilling to accept payment and all XXXX credit bureaus continue to report incorrect information.
