I have recently checked my credit report and have realized that LVNV FUNDING LLC has put a collection account on my credit report and is reporting a past due balance and late payments onto my credit report. In the months of XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. LVNV FUNDING has marked my this account as a late payment on each and every one of those months. This account can not report late payments on my credit report. Last time I checked I didn't have an established due date with this collection therefore how can there be multiple late payments. I have NEVER AGREED to pay this collection. We never signed a contract or a verbal agreement ever. If you dont have a contract or have received an application from me and have not approved me for credit you can not assign me a due date nor a late payment or a past due balance. This is a violation of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS PRACTICE ACT- section 807 violation misleading false reporting.
