my wife and i had a account with reliable credit and then filed bankruptcy. we did a reaffirmination aggreement with the court to keep the car but the judge i guess didnt sign off on it correctly. we kept the car and continued making payments of almost {$500.00} each month and were never late. the amount was proccessed by reliable yet was not getting reported to credit. i contacted them several times yet they refused to help. since then we traded that van in and reliable was sent a payoff for over XXXX dollars. they took payment and even sent us a refund check for {$9.00} for over payment. problem is it says on credit included in XXXX i just want this to reflect a payoff rather than a written off in XXXX on credit for the wife and i.
