On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Flagship Credit Acceptance to request a legal contract bearing my wet signature and a deficiency letter. Flagship could not produce the information I was requesting, because I had no legal contract with them. They have been reporting a negative balance to the credit bureaus since XX/XX/XXXX. I recently mailed an affidavit indicating their violations of the statute of limitations for the state of Alabama. I have not received any correspondence back from them, other than a returned signature, to indicate they have receipt of my letter. I was made aware that a vehicle I surrendered was sold for {$5600.00} and they have been reporting a negative balance of {$7700.00} ; which is why I requested a deficiency letter that I never received after the sale of the vehicle in XXXX. I made many attempts in disputing this error, but nothing on the company 's end was ever resolved.
