Wells Fargo , Inc. As a member of this financial institute of at least 40+ years that I would be looking for such treatment of service. Contact via tele call to your firm on XX/XX/2022 ( XXXX ) of the existing monthly charges of {$10.00} based on a specific criteria has to be met. Your Associate indeed professional and pleasant with me regarding the new criteria. Of course, he and all other associates are limited on the provisions when handling such an inquiry of : Why {$10.00} service charge? I was appalled and shock with the noted requirements of this checking account your firm will not embrace a member who is of a XXXX XXXX such as me but to your young adult community. Realizing my income is now limited with a specific monthly income of my social security benefits and retirement benefits it has been challenging to maintain. My history will reflect the movement of Social Security benefits because of undue cost with your firm. I remain with the firm with my monthly funds from a private firm. XXXX XXXX, I expected a level of understanding and compassionate service for myself and the XXXX XXXX from your company, I am quite disappointed.
