I XXXX XXXX, recently reviewed my consumer report and noticed inquiries which I did not consent to, authorize, nor benefit from being reported on my Transunion consumer report. I submitted an identity theft report to the FTC on XX/XX/2022 and have mailed the FTC report to Transunion, instructing them to block and remove these inquiries from my consumer report, which they received on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX 2022, I called Transunion asking them to remove the inquiries since they have received the FTC report and I was told they had not received it on both calls. I gave them more time to register the report into their system and remove the fraudulent inquiries being reported, but they only removed one inquiry, which does not result in a solution. I demand that they block and remove the remaining inquiries on my report.
