I have had XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX To which I was XXXX for months and not paying attention to credit alerts about data breaches and my information on dark web I have also been victim of Identity theft I reported several times but these items are on my credit and affecting my credit score I did not authorize these inquiries on my credit and it's so many to count my information is incorrect and this information being reported is inaccurate and misleading this does not accurately report my credit
