I am a member of Vystar credit union for over 12 years I dont live in XXXX XXXX , and I am trying to access my account to wire the funds to my account in XXXX XXXX and the bank each time I call comes with three different stories. 1. The bank says the account doesnt longer exist 2. The other time the person in customer service access the account and wired the money to my bank in XXXX XXXX but I never received the funds and a day later another banker said they cant give me any information. I feel the bank stole my money since they know I live abroad and I am only temporary back in USA and they deny my right to access my account even after passing all the verification they asked for. The account should have over US XXXX that I cant access and I need an immediate solution and retrieve and cancel this account.
