LVNV Funding LLC did not contact me about the alleged debt that they placed for collection on my credit report with the XXXX credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). I did not receive any notice from them that would allow me to dispute the debt in question and though I have tried to contact them I've noticed recently, after reviewing my credit reports from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, that the address on file with each reporting agency is different. This is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer.
