My Credit Profiles indicates XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, all Debt Collection Companies, placed collections on my Credit Reports. However, I did not provide any written consent at all, not to mention the inaccuracy in the first place. I disputed through all three credit reporting agencies ( Experian, XXXX, and XXXX ) and the response came back confirmed. This is impossible because I have no knowledge of these accounts. Unfortunately, I have been a victim of numerous data breaches, credit companies included. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the consumer must receive notification of debt and an opportunity to dispute the debt before being added to any credit profile I never received it because it is false. Additionally, I did not give explicit or written consent to any of the above mention companies and for that matter, neither have I have heard of nor ever conducted any business with them. Furthermore, through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, these business matters have not been resolved ; Additionally, under 15 US Code 1681b - Permissible purposes, this is to be considered as identity theft. As a result of these inaccuracies my credit score has been deeply impacted making me seem as if I am not credible. I am uncertain why these companies are attempting to collect this erroneous debt. Kindly delete the collection account from all three credit bureaus ( Experian, XXXX, and XXXX ). Please remove these inaccuracies from all three credit bureaus immediately. second and third party credit reporting agencies are owned by all three credit reporting agencies. I feel this is why I am not getting any results, because they are asking themselves if I am me. This is totally unfair and illegal.
