ive tried to dispute this derogatory mark for a " fortiva " credit card from the months of XXXX-XXXX of XXXX, the acct was both opened and closed with an outstanding balance of {$700.00} without my knowledge ; im currently a victim of idenity theft. ive disputed it in XX/XX/XXXX when it became apparent to me that this was affecting my credit. again i disputed it in XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/XXXX. i contacted the company by phone on XX/XX/XXXX and the gentleman was very confused about the acct and why the acct was opened and closed so quickly. for months of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ive recieved letters and calls trying to collect debt. some rude some pushy
