Dear, XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. I am contacting you guys about my credit acceptance collection on my credit report. I contacted the furnishers of this information about a lot of incorrect information being reported across all three of your bureaus. The misreported information is Late payments, Payment Status, Worst payment status, account status, times 30/60/90 late, date of last payment, late payments. Now I contacted you guys separately about this information and you deemed it to be accurate but the problem is that all three bureaus have different information regarding the following stated above. I will be attaching a visual of the following mis matched info across all bureaus. After contacting credit acceptance, the furnisher of this information, they told me that they've been reporting accurate information to all three bureaus and that its basically your fault and that you're the ones who've misreported the information they gave you. I am asking for verifiable proof of this claim. ( Their reports to you guys of all the information furnished on my report from credit acceptance ) I will also be attaching their response of them stating that you guys are the ones who are misreporting which is a violation under the FCRA. Now, I believe that credit acceptance just didn't want to own up to their mistakes because to my understanding, you guys only furnish information given to you by the CRA. So I would like a copy of what credit acceptance has send to you to report about my file since their claiming they reported all accurate information. I am not asking for a copy of my credit report with them since I have that already. But verifiable proof of when they send you this information and what the information entailed as to see you if you guys are the ones who are actually misreporting the information this credit agency gave you or its them who is reporting mis matched information to you guys. Now if they did in fact send you the correct information and you guys have been misreporting it please know I will be taking legal action and asking for financial compensation as there's a lot of inaccurate information across all three bureaus and violations under the FCRA.
