XXXX was contacted several times over the refund of {$700.00} transfered to XXXX XXXX XXXX account in XXXX due to erroneous transaction made on XX/XX/2021. There was no validation about the transaction by XXXX and as a result the erroneous transaction was made to the wrong account. The first inquiry was made within 14 days of the transaction and I was promised immediate resolution of the issue.
